Fee Structure

Children younger than 3: It's suggested that children under the age of 3 attend school on a gradually increasing basis to help them ease into a structured routine. This could mean starting with just a few days a week and gradually increasing their attendance as they become more accustomed to the school environment.
Children 3 and older: For children who are 3 years old or older, it's recommended that they attend school on a full-time basis, which is usually five days a week. This provides a structured and consistent schedule that can be beneficial for their learning and social development.
Flexibility: We recognise that every child and family is unique. Therefore, we offer flexibility in attendance options based on a family's and child's specific needs. This flexibility allows for individualised arrangements to accommodate various circumstances and preferences, ensuring the best educational experience for your child.

Once your child has been accepted a Placement Fee (Non-refundable enrolment fee) R2000 is required prior to attendance.
Additionally, for all children attending school 5 days per week a Refundable Deposit (Non-interest-bearing account) R2500 on commencement of the 5 day option and will be refunded with your final invoice.

We are not able to offer annual, termly or sibling discounts.

Fees are calculated on an annual basis and are payable monthly from January to November. There are 11 payments which are due by the 1st of each month. Monthly fees can only be paid by EFT or direct deposit.

For families that require fees paid over 12-month option please let us know.

All children are required to have their own Explore + Discover hat which is to be used at school. The cost (R180.00) will be invoiced with your placement fee.
Casual Visits:
While we genuinely enjoy having drop-ins/ casual visits from around the world and wish to continue this practice, we believe that the start of the new school year presents unique challenges. Our commitment to providing the best care and education to all children in our care is of utmost importance. Hence, we have concluded that we can only offer drop-ins/ casual visits starting from February each year, as our permanent children will be settled and we can confidently support any new drop-in children as well.
