Our Values

In our day-to-day work, we are guided by our core values:

Respect

We deeply respect our community- from children to parents, teachers and extra mural teachers to our suppliers. We embrace each child’s unique talents and honour their learning styles. We are considerate of others rights and feelings. We celebrate diversity and promote individuality.

Excellence

We commit to excellence in everything we do – from delivering an enriched curriculum to nurturing an open and trusting relationship with our families. Our aim is to provide not just a great service, but an outstanding one, that leaves a lasting impression on every child that walks through our doors.

Growth

We are committed to continuous learning of both children and staff. We provide an environment that encourages a life-long love for learning, personal growth and intellectual curiosity. We value our children’s creativity, work and feelings and we help them develop confidence, independence and self-esteem.

Global Citizens

Home away from home for expats and locals alike- we pride ourselves on our multi-cultural environment. Children from all over the globe have walked through our halls, and this has offered a great richness and flavour to our school environment.

Montessori educated children are citizens of the world; we also teach them about the worldwide community. Our choices and actions can affect us locally and internationally.

We have respect for all, building a sense of belonging to a common humanity and helping learners become responsible and active global citizens.

Diverse, Inclusive, Equitable

Each child, team member and family feels a sense of belonging and respect, recognises and appreciates the richness that is added in our community through human diversity through our admissions and staffing.

By instilling a sense of global citizenship, children begin to appreciate diversity in background and culture by allowing them to establish common ground with people from other groups, regions, and societies.

We aim to teach all children values such as acceptance and openness with Montessori education.
